Nothing much has been happening over the last few weeks hence the lack of updates. Its all about flying, duties, studying, eating, sleeping and the occasional trip to edmonton. I wouldnt wanna bore whoever reads this blog with the same old same old.

whats all the interesting stuff thats been happening?? well i think the term 'interesting' varies depending on your interests and such, and such, and such. And such.

Here is a list of what may or may not be interesting that have happened:
1) Had awesome dim sum in edmonton followed by a great meal at red lobster the following day. (It takes 6 hrs to get there and back! So it better be interesting!)
2) Did a bit of shopping at the West Edmonton Mall last week. (If any of you have anything you want me to bring back for you from here pls let me know)
3) Caught 9 and The Informant last weekend.
4) Flew at 150ft at 420kts.
5) Started to do simulated bomb attacks at the range.
6) Listening to a few good bands. The Used, Pearl Jam, Kings of Leon, Rise Against, DCFC.
7) Eating alot of fast food. haha
8) Cooking abit.
9) Cleaning my room
10) MEL PASSED HER DRIVING TEST!!!! YES!!!!

So proud of you dear for passing first time!! See, you must have faith in yourself and dont give up all the way up till the end! haha.. now i can finally sleep and someone else drive.. :D

Statement is in.. Payment has to be made.. gonna cherish this one cos from next year on, its gonna look quite different.. just thank God im not taxed 60%..

life in cold lake is coming along.. its summer so weather is nice and warm.. not too humid which is awesome.. feels actually abit like sg.. just more comfortable.. i really miss home.. really miss the food.. really miss my friends, family, mel, church..

but i really have to thank God for the opportunity.. its been an awesome experience.. probably thats why ppl emphasis how studying overseas has more pros than cons.. i think it probably all boils down to independence.. in that problems u face will have to be fixed by u and only u..

one thing i know definitely is that ive put on some weight.. thats ang mo for u man.. had breakfast at humptys and the food was so oily and salty! argh..
so we ended up cooking curry chicken just now for dinner.. awesome man.. miss changi villages' curry fishhead.. cheap and nice..

its raining now.. its not just rain.. its raining hail.. my poor car.. sigh..

everyone is different.. no one disputes that.. so are we more similar or different from one another, discounting the physical side of things?

we all obviously share different values and mindsets to varying degrees.. but why is that so? arent we all brought up in the same education system, watch roughly the same tv shows and movies, listen to the same songs, subscribe to the same Singaporean mentaliy?

i have no answer to that.. all i know is that i strongly believe that how a child is brought up through the years greatly determines how he behaves and lives as an adult..

yes as we grow older, external influences will start to play an exponentially larger role in shaping our thinking and morals but at the end of the day, the cornerstone laid by our parents in our hearts and minds of whats right and wrong will indeed be that guiding compass as to which we'll rely on throughout our lives.. hopefully, life's experiences and lessons will add on positively, not negatively, to that guiding light as we transverse the ups and downs of adulthood and working life..

working life has not been, and will not be easy for me or anyone else.. there will be difficult decisions that will have to be made and hardships along the way..

something i feel i particularly lack and wish to improve on is in the realm of people management.. to my utter dismay, i am completely incapable of reading people's minds.. nor am i able to 'push' thoughts into their minds like in heroes.. haha..

thats life.. :D

It was a 4 day break for us over here in canada this past weekend.. a good break finally since jan.. had a send off for an instructor on fri and then headed off on what would turn out to be a great road trip.. was 6 hrs of travelling time to Calgary worth it? yes.. its just hard to describe the feeling that i had.. think what made me happy was the food and the big city atmosphere.. something that ive kinda missed for quite awhile since the US trip..

here are some sights from the trip.. remember, a trip to canada isnt complete without visiting the rockies..

so we spent a night in Calgary, Alberta.. we visited chinatown, had jap food, drove and toured around and then headed to one of the pubs to check it out.. had hoped for better but its all still good. sunday was packed.. Calgary tower in the morning followed by DIM SUM!! YUM! next it was some shopping at one of the newest shopping centres and then off to Banff!

a great drive.. Banff is awesome.. on par with places like Queenstown and Tahoe.. much to do, too little time as always.. went up the gondola and then drove to Lake Louise.. korean food that night was good good good.. visited one of the night clubs aft that which was interesting.. haha

Trusty Car brought us there and back.. a total of 1500km..

monday was all about the drive back to moose jaw.. 7 hrs in a car is no joke..
this trip kinda reminded me of my trip to the US with mel.. sigh.. cant wait to see u mel! :D

2 tests over and done with.. 2 more to go in MJ.. this past week has been hectic to say the least..
didnt really do well for the tests but im happy with the passes..
flew to calgary the other day and i must say that it was a great experience.. flying to a busy international airport is awesome..

Just caught another episode of 24.. Nice as always.. Caught the movie I love u Man over the weekend.. not bad.. Fired Up was better..

Anyway its been windy and overcast today. More like winter. But its officially spring now so im confused.

Anyway this is a graduation video done by one of the courses here.. you should watch.. they made the theme something like the 24 series.. the first aircraft which u'll see is the harvard II which is the prop.. we dont fly that cos we dont do phase 2 so all we fly is the hawk, the second one which is the JET..

What better way to mark the end of winter than a revamp of my lonely blog, although i highly suspect that no one bothers to read the rumblings of a guy living far away in a land not really considered hospitable in winter. But hey, its a change! The very first change in fact since the very beginning when i was still in JC during the first 3 months, enjoying life.

How fast the years have passed. It was just like yesterday that i was a little kid in the playground playing with sand, trying to make a stupid castle with whatever i had.. Bliss, not a care in the world. No economic crisis, no planning for the future, no forward thinking required whatsoever. Just that little sand castle was what i had to deal with.

Remember when we were still in school, our parents would tell us how much harder life would be once we started working? That i can confirm, is very true. Thats why no matter how hard sch may be, its still better than being out there in working class society. I would however like to state that this may not be true for everyone. Makes u wonder if u enjoyed sch enough. I think i enjoyed too much. haha..

No matter what life throws at you, be happy. Thank God.

Watched the movie Push over the weekend.. not bad man. something like heroes which i just realised was showing every monday at 8pm..cant believe.. missed so many episodes already.. anyway push is about humans who have powers trying to evade the company which wants to use them as test subjects.. so they try to elude and at the same time, trying desperately to get to something that will take the company down.. its ur usual plot.. obviously the good guys win.. but there were twists that made it nice.. so there were those who could 'push' meaning influencing ppl into doing things or movers who could use 'the force' to move objects and a whole lot more.. interesting cos i was deciding if i was given a choice which would i pick? Pusher la.. haha..

Wads the next movie thats coming out? Wanted to watch Pink Panther 2 for the last 2 weeks but the guys didnt want.. sigh...

Anyway was watching svc the other day regarding marriage.. its interesting to note the differences between the needs of the male and female in the relationship.. haha.. better copy down notes and study man.. hahah..

Anyway have been listening to alot of incubus lately.. although their latest album came out in 07 it still sounds fresh ah.. One of my fav songs is love hurts.. Listen to the lyrics!

thanks to all who remembered my bday even tho im around 5000km away.. haha.. good thing was that i got to enjoy my birthday over 2 days.. one sg and one canadian.. so this year is the second year in a row that ive been away for CNY and my bday.. makes u miss all that u took for granted.. like all the food and friends, relatives.. feeling hungry now.. life has been alright to me, although i havent been able to get a single sortie in since 2 weeks ago due to weather.. its actually a great experience.. never did i know winter created so much havoc..

ive been eyeing some watches lately.. with however little intent to spend on those that i really want.. abit the expensive.. ive been wondering why ppl spend so much on this gadgets.. the 3rd watch shown abv is around 20k i think and the tag heuer one is only a concept.. does the value of a sophisticated automatic watch really increase thru the years? honestly, i dont know.. hence i may just get the hamilton watch.. or i may do the right thing and not spend on any watch.. save the money for the future(car or house).. cant believe how much i spend.. sigh..

interesting convo last night with the guys(seems one of them has done his research).. haha.. it seems a built to order HDB flat is around 280k.. not bad what.. i always thought it'll be like 500k.. plus if u're first timer, u can get rebate of 40k? interesting... however there are twice the number of applicants than flats available.. or just add a level in my house.. KIV..

i wanna go to prata house and eat...

i wanna go to UDMC and have seafood...

i wanna go to 85 for supper

i wanna go chompchomp for all the food

i miss sg food...

The otherside

Christmas has passed, the new year has been ushered in and im back at work.. I must add that the 2 weeks with mel passed a tad too fast.. if only the year away would pass that fast.. nonetheless it was an awesome trip.. a bit hectic but it was all good..

We started off in LA.. Disneyland, Universal studios, Sea World, San diego, Santa Monica, Palm springs, Hollywood and a couple of other places of interest.. LA was great, except for traffic and the airport which sucked quite abit.. i loved the shopping.. pre-christmas shopping is the BEST! shopped at the outlet stores at palm springs and after spending 1 day there, we realised that there was another section of shops that we missed out. sigh. We then made the days drive up to San Francisco along the coastal route 101 which brought us up north.. It was a great drive with lots of things to see and elephant seals too.. haha.. the smell of the fresh air was refreshing and something i miss now..

up in san francisco we toured the city, shopped in the main city centre where there were H&Ms almost everywhere and the Macy's shop looked great.. in the morning we visted fisherman's wharf and the golden gate bridge.. sfo gave u a feel good feeling.. that was what i felt and it was different from LA.. its the vibe ya.. haha..

Vegas was the next stop with all the casinos, lights and other stuff(services).. hahah.. really SIN CITY man.. we visited the red rock drive and hoover dam and did a day trip to the grand canyon.. it was spendid.. weather was great too!! so much better than -30..

then it was the end.. our journey in the states came to an end as i sent mel to the airport to board her plane back to SG.. that feeling really sucks.. something i know all too well.. first when i went to tamworth, then to Brunei, then to Perth and then to canada.. trust me, its not fun.. i really cant wait to be finally in sg..

so how long did i spend time with mel last year=4 weeks.. yes 1 month.. sad right? what can one do? on another note, i guess we are blessed too.. God has given us the opportunity to go on 3 trips so far.. NZ, Thailand and now US.. He has given us technology which has makes it easier to communicate.. Thank God for Skype! haha.. And most imptly, God has given us patience.. I remembered when i first went into the army on 7th Jan 06, ppl told me that maintaining a relationship would be difficult.. It lasted. Then i left for tamworth and they said many would break up. We lasted thru.. Then it was 9 months in pearce and it seemed like no one could keep a long dist relationship alive.. We endured thru.. and now, its 1 year in canada.. u can say im tired of being away from my gf, family, friends.. its obviously true.. but i know this journey has taught me things that i would never have learned or even experienced and with this i think obstacles can be overcome..

how have we made it work? i really dont know.. alot of effort and understanding i guess.. but i think it has to do with sacrifice.. at the end of the day, u will always need 2 hands to clap.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

do u prefer the hot or cold climate? i like the cold.. but not the cold that i'm experiencing now.. who would like walking to work when its -20 outside? its even worse with a wind chill factored in.. haha.. but its not that bad la.. stay indoors..hha..

driving ard now is quite tricky with all that snow and ice on the roads.. thank god for traction control and all season tires.. just hope that the weather will clear up and i'll get to fly more.. these 2 weeks have been quite slow with all the weather and stuff..

anyway i cant wait.. 1 more week and i'll be on holiday in LA! cant wait for the rest, cant wait to see mel and i cant wait to tour.. its gonna be tight in terms of time but i thing everything will work out.. gonna drive quite a bit from tahoe to vegas.. passing thru area 51... ooooohhh... scary.. anyway good thing the USD is dropping now so hopefully it'll drop further.. then the trip will be cheaper! haha..

miss singapore tho.. but think the experiences of the past 2 yrs will make me appreciate sg much much more..

It is getting cold.. No doubt.. think its starting to snow outside.. think thats the leading edge of the front coming our way.. Ate some oreo blizzard ice cream just now tho.. haha! ordered a small cup expecting the kind u get in orchard road. Was pleasantly surprised that it was much larger than that.. jialat.. there goes my diet.. there goes all the hardwork i put in the other day.. sigh.. well guess the extra meat would come in handy during the winter survival course and when i go ice fishing.. insulation man! must put it to good use.. well how is life in canada? well it isnt that bad.. bought meself a pair of ice skates and gonna skate once a week.. aim=do not fall down. but i tink kex and i are getting better each week.. next would be to learn ice hockey.. but i dont expect to play that much.. dont wanna get crushed by the ang mos. very rough sport. the only thing i find really nice abt the sport are the fights.. haha funny..

miss sg tho.. especially the food.. miss fooood...

miss mel.. miss my darling(civic).. hahah! miss family.. miss church.. miss friends...

but actually im kinda used to it already.. 1 month in air grading, 3 weeks in brunei, 10 months in pearch and now a yr here.. long time man.. enough said..

a long time since i last blogged.. nothing much has changed actually.. highlights are few.. except for the snow that fell during the thanksgiving weekend.. that was nice.. and cold.. cold... its not actually that fun once it keeps snowing.. but the snowman was cool..

anyway its mel's birthday today and i wanna wish u and big happy birthday darling!! hope u liked the gift.. haha.. took me quite a long time to figure out what was the best.. haha.. not even sure if it looks as nice in real life compared to the picture they provided.. haha.. anyway went to the Swarovski website to compare and they have pretty nice stuff there too ya.. haha.. dont really know so much abt crystals unfortunately.. diamonds better rite? haha..

anyway its gonna be another 1 and a half months to the end of the year.. which also means the 20th of dec is closer.. cant wait for the trip!

walking to work in the morning is tough especially when its in the minus temp side.. no joke.. experience to believe, especially the wind.. the thing is winter hasnt even started yet!! arh!! cold!! thats all for today from the heartland of canada.. where temps are gonna drop to -30 in abt a months time.. where ppl drive huge SUVs ard.. lugging all the stuff ard for i have no idea what..

a random post.. partly due to the randomness of whats going on in my mind..

A new week

Honestly, im really proud of singapore! was watching the qualifying and actual race live on the canadian sports channel over here. the singapore name is being promoted and hopefully when i tell ppl where im from next time, they wont ask if its in indonesia or china or wherever.. haha.. was thinking if i should bring a map with me so that i can just point it out.. visuals were great with the backdrop and stuff.. just sad i couldnt be there.. had hoped so much that i wouldve made it.. nvm theres always next year.. i will be there! (i hope)

so this week has been alright.. only one event last week so it was quite ok.. this coming week should see me start actually flying the hawk.. its gonna be big challenge to fly the thing not only becos its much faster than my previous aircraft, but there are so many procedures here.. but i hope to be able to get up to speed..

anyway the weather here is getting colder.. gonna buy my winter clothing soon.. need to get those thick ones.. apart from that, nothing much la.. im spending quite a bit here mostly due to food... sigh.. expenses here are high man.. roughly 30 bucks a day on food.. think i need to plan how to save.. cant save as much as wad i would like.. must save more!! haha..

im off.. life here is quite boring.. would really appreciate if they could have a hawker centre here.. missing sg food..

Havent updated my blog in awhile.. Life is coming along.. Started flying my simulators but i wont start flying the actual thing till maybe next month.. the hawk is a great aircraft.. the only thing i dont understand is why its landing gear is a button.. haha.. interesting..

kex and i finally got our car last week.. an oldsmobile alero coupe.. not bad.. 2.4 ltr.. old but alright.. haha.. bought for 5k so thats a good price.. the tv in my room has 50 channels.. still, there are times when i just cant find anything nice to watch! but i must add that the advertisements are damn funny.. haha.. some are really creative, some lame but all good.. beginning to watch CSI more now since they come back to back.. haha..

think the mood now in north america is not the best.. all the economic turmoil and stuff.. wages in sg in decline in real terms in respect to inflation.. hopefully sg will be spared to a certain extent.. really hoping that inflation would slacken off now that commodities have decreased in price.. good news is that oil prices have dropped.. $91 plus.. haha.. all along it wasnt the supply issue that was driving prices up abv $100.. now its getting corrected.. stupid oil brokers.. anyway short post.. need sleep.. its noon in sg now and 2130 here.. makes u appreciate life back in sg and all that u miss.. i miss u mel! :D

bubba gump! real thing.. didnt eat there tho cos couldnt find tom hanks inside..

this was one big place man.. not only were there alot of shops but there were 4, yes 4 large departmental stores(like isetan or metro). the need for so many? big is best la.. haha took 4 hrs to walk the 3 magnitudinous, cyclopean, (big la) floors.. walk meaning only go inside like 4 shops and walking past the rest.. tiring.. plus another 2 hrs watching a movie which, wait ah, which cost, u are gonna be shocked, costing 5 dollars!!! which means 7 dollars in sg.. wah. watching a movie never felt so good.. haha.. honestly thats the only thing i know abt the city.. it has a large mall.. thruout the whole stopover i was fighting jet lag man.. 24hr plus journey.. no joke.. sit down=sleep in the airport.. sleep until ppl stare.. 'how come this guy sit up straight also can sleep until like that..' haha!!

well all i can say abt the 2 weeks back in sg is that it was the best.. it was short, definately but i can safely say that i made the most out of it.. meeting up with everyone again finally after a long 10 months is a really really very good feeling.. haha.. that is what home feels like. surrounded by ur closest pals and just enjoy their company.. maybe the good thing abt having a short 2 weeks would be that every single minute will be fully utilised.. like how it was.. back usually ard 2-3 am and up again in the morning.. tiring yes.. but fulfilling and fun to meet the different ppl, definately.. wanted to talk more but sometimes i had work the next day.. sigh.. wad to do ya.. haha.. but it was great meeting u guys back home man and now im off for a year!! haha.. till then u guys must take care and update the blogs! and when i get back (hopefully i wont look any fatter but thinner) it'll happen all over again but this time i'll have more time..(i hope) anyway all the photos that i took back in sg is on facebook..

seeing mel (the love of my life) finally was ***(cannot describe the feeling).. hahaha.. dear i wanna thank u for all that u've done for me all this while, be it when i was away or when i was back for the 2 weeks.. its difficult and will be more difficult now becos of the time diff but we can do it k? i love u! haha!! hope you like your advanced birthday present! haha.. so er this present valid for how many more of ur bdays ah?? 3 yrs?? hahah.. kidding la.. anyway sorry u couldnt really study as much as u would've like when i was back with all the stuff going on.. but now u can! u can do it!! haha.. driving to ntu from home brought back so many memories man.. ahha..

honestly i miss sg quite badly.. the ppl and the place.. being in a foreign land for most of the yr teaches u to treasure.. sg is SO SO different from the ang mo countries that ive visited.. they're slower paced.. less stuff to do, or actully nothing much to do.. good thing would be that i'll be able to concentrate on my flying, which id have to do considering the stakes are now.. harder, faster jet and much more stuff.. ground sch will be starting next week so i'll start to learn the systems and checks and all that and also their procedures.. hope everything will be good and manageable...

anyway im in a city called moose jaw.. dont ask me why its called that. close to a city called regina in a province which has a very long and hard to spell name called saskatchewan.. with that im off.. take care and work/study hard!! for those in army, just tahan and make the most out of it.. remember the good and forget the bad.. it'll make ur life more enjoyable.. haha..

Yes.. finally i can see the end.. the end of 10 plus months in a foreign land, which has become not so foreign.. today a few guys will be going back.. for me? pls pray for the weather.. hopefully i'll be back mid this week.. God has been good to me.. he gave me the best girlfriend, the best course, made me the best overall in flying, and sent me to nftc. when i first started to course, i told him to lead me to where he wanted me to go. i had really hoped for transport.. hahah!! but in the end i believe that we all have a calling and a higher purpose.. Thank u Jesus!!

How was perth been? initially quite boring with nothing to do cos we didnt know wad to do.. then summer came.. summmmerrr... it was the most interesting and fun time i had in perth.. the memories of the beaches and rottnest.. looking at the ang mo beach babes who u thought were on the covers of some magazines.. (mel i didnt really pay attention to them kk?) hah.. supposedly, some were really hot.. thats why the guys loved the beach.. hhaha.. so i bopian have to follow.. haha..

winter has been bad for flying.. rain, wind and all that.. hai.. now that im used to the cold, im not sure how im gonna adapt back to the heat in sg.. ah!! air-con..

anyway tink that my time back in sg will be a short one.. 2 weeks plus i think.. no time.. wads more mel's sch starts next week!! so how to go on holiday?? how?? go on weekend lor.. sigh.. anti-climax man.. booked a trip to bangkok.. going there with an empty luggage bag.. haha.. looking forward to that.. rest and relax...tom yam... asian food.. cheap food.. cheap stuff.. think being in aust has been good.. showed me how low the cost of living is in sg.. even with all the increases in sg, the prices here are still siao in comparison.. one small pack of fried rice with some meat 10 dollars... can cry.. chicken rice 8 dollars.. mee pok 10 dollars.. see also eyes pop out.. pop out also dont wanna go back in and see the other prices..

but visiting the instructors at the homes and sightseeing has been great.. dont mind coming back next time.. i've also learnt one thing.. ang mos know how to enjoy their lives.. relactose sia.. must try to relax like them.. find a coffeeshop in frementle, find a seat by the window or next to the street, order a nice cuppa and relax or read a newspaper.. good for the mind.. haha..

think having the 4 seasons is a great thing.. colours differ, clothing styles change to suit the climate and u get 4 different sets of stuff to do.. haha.. maybe not so many sets.

so aft sg, im off to canada, another seasonal country.. there the winters can reach way below the 0 deg.. trying to find good winter wear.. gonna need it when im there.. cant really buy here cos my luggage's almost maxed out.. bought new shoes, shirts and stuff.. (mel i'll try to get something from Supre kk?? problem is now its mostly winter wear.. so its kinda hard to find the dresses and stuff)

when i initially heard of the probable 2 weeks back in sg before flying off again, i was speechless.. but this phrase that i learnt together with my cse is this,

'the best happens to those who make the best out of the things that they through..' so im gonna freaking make the best out of it.. no let up.. maybe drive slower to save petrol.. haha.. but im gonna make my time in sg worth it.. spend as much time with her and friends as possible. with that, i'll see u soon..

Time has passed.. Nine months actually.. thats a long time.. theres a joke that if any of us had made a mistake, or forgot something *ahem back in sg before we came over, the time would probably be now that the mistake would become rather obvious.. thankfully, no one received any new additions of any sort.. haha..

but seriously, the cse is coming to an end.. im done with navigation and now just a handful of sorties left to fly before i finally get those bars, those bars.. those bars which others would just take 9 months in ocs to get and here i am, 2 yrs. fullstop.. but its alright.. other stuff help make up for it.. actually quite alot.. me not complaining. sadly i cant leave right aft i finish.. i'll have to go thru a last extra module. 2 weeks leh.. sigh.. so where are the benefits of doing well? hopefully the flying will be fun.. no idea wad cw or tactical form is.. well guess im gonna find out.. just to update u guys i'll be back in sg for maybe a month plus at the most and then im off again.. mostly likely to canada.. or france.. i have no idea.. that would be another yr.. so..... i have very little time back in my beloved little island city. sigh.. the to-do-list is rather long.. tinking of going to melbourne with mel, depending on the availability of tickets when i get back.. i know wad u're tinking.. why aust again?? i dunno.. she knows.. haha..

anyway tink one of the highlights for me so far would be the low level nav solo.. shiok.. actually all the low level sorties were fun.. advanced aeros are gonna be in full swing this week.. God help me.

well ive been thinking of what i should blog on.. considering that there are so many restrictions and stuff.. (actually u can attribute it to laziness) so here i am, 8 o clock, daylight savings time near a small town called bullsbrook, which btw ppl in perth have no idea where, typing away on my trusty laptop. Sending and receiving MBs with the world outside via a small box called bigpond, which i have to say is way overpriced. But taking into account the level of development that exists in the area, i will have to say bo pian. U see the box im talking abt is wireless. Wireless=expensive=1gb a month=$50=me always busting my limit=me always paying more than $50=me always trying to surf less online=me failing. So that is one circle.. tink of upgrading to the 3gb plan for 100 bucks a month.. but that!! alot!!! of money!! so me is bo pian. stick with the 1 gb.. few more months only la... soon i hope to smelling singapore air, eating all the hawker food that ive been dreaming abt(cant believe how much potatoes ang mos can eat boy!), doing all that things i want to do, and giving mel a big wet kiss!! (bet u're grossed out. i would be if it were u. haha)

so thats the challenge.. survive till that day comes..
then i will do what i did when i came back from airgrading. dump my bags down and get my ass to 85. well that is the price i pay for the line of work im in.. too high a price? u decide. will be going overseas again shortly aft i get back.. so maybe just a month in sg before i leave to canada or france or wherever.. given up hope on anything else.

being in a relationship with someone whose always away isnt easy.. so many times have i seen my pals break up with their loved ones whilst others still remain rock solid.. why that happens? i have no idea but i can tell u that if the relationship was based on solid respect, trust and love for each other, more often than not it would last the distance. and thats what i want.. and am working for.. hopefully she'll become that CFO and i can retire and relax!! haha..

life has been alright.. the course is doing alright.. so hopefully the rest of my stay in aust will be alright.. to the rest of u, i will be back! be it for supper, desserts, soccer or otherwise, I WILL BE BACK!! haha.. study time.. good night and good luck. :D

well i havent blogged in quite a long while.. normal i expect.. so ive been rather busy during this past month or so.. went back to singapore for a week.. see my family friends and especially her! ahah.. well some asked me if the $1700 price tag was worth it, well i really tink it does.. but i still tink SIA shouldnt make use of the holiday season and jack everything up.. its retarded la!!! $1700 can bring u to europe and back during the off season man.. well wad to do.. the things i do, or spend if i might say for love.. it was really worth it.. met up with pals i didnt really get a good chance to say bye to.. really was impressed with my sis and her bf.. the dinner was really splendid.. top class la.. really went above all expectations with the whole manner in which the thing was run.. felt like dinning in.. with all the order and customs.. tink mel was quite shocked ya.. had no idea dinner was going to be run that way.. anyway send me the photos taken that night ya??

went to nick's house after that for the Christmas celebration.. the usuals were there and think its really wonderful how a group of kids from shss have grown and matured (hard to believe sometimes! aha) into young adults looking forward to life ahead.. most imptly, that everyone is still together says everything.. friends really do last forever.. tink wed or thurs night was i tink the best night of the whole trip.. went to east coast to cycle with mel and then went down to century sq and met up with hj lucas and gang.. had dinner and then bumped into xiang peng and matt.. that was just the start man.. had initially laid down some boundaries on the flight back on what i cannot do.. but i guess if it was going to be, it was going to be.. wont talk too much about it.. but those who know, it was awesome la.. didnt know that place had stuff like that to do.. but be safe ya.. especially peng and xiang.. haha.. hoped mel enjoyed herself tho.. haha.. but this is good training.. more is to come.. haha..

but the most impt reason for me coming back was to see mel.. actually we had a choice of whether she should come over to perth and tour with me or i go back.. in the end i went back.. reasons ranged from perth is quite boring and i miss singapore and friends.. those 8 days were God-sent becos only courses during this period could ever afford a break to rejoin with loved ones.. THANK GOD!! although it was too short, it was everything i could have wanted.. ate and ate and ate.. i grew fat.. she didnt. sigh. shopped and shopped and shopped.. i have never bought so many things within such a short period of time.. haha.. anyway hope u like ur wallet mel! haha.. we went to watch the stories or something of the seas at sentosa.. tink it was great.. more than what i expected.. too bad we didnt get a chance to go to night safari.. im sorry!! haha.. no time.. soon it was time to get back.. met up with the 136 guys and hong tat.. the french air force wso! haha.. no la rsaf wso la.. haha.. cant complain abt the $1700 price to him man.. he like paid twice wad i paid.. haha.. euro la... everything also ex..

so was back.. went to rottnest to snokkel and ride ard the island.. nice place.. weather wasnt.. it hit 44.6 that day.. when i first came here, ppl told me summers would hit 40 plus.. i didnt believe them till that day.. and now its quite often that the temp hits above 40.. u have no idea how hot it is.. really.. gonna post some pics of our trip.. went to the beach to play too.. the aussies here that the beach very seriously.. i found out why.. hot sun plus cool seawater=shiok! waves that u can never get in sg.. and the guys especially love the sights walking and swimming abt.. quite alot ya.. haha.. mel u're hotter k?? dont worry!! hahha!!! but some i have to say really are hot.. cannot dispute that kind.. think girls see also cannot get their eyes off.. haha.. but hey! 49% of aussies are obese.. so i love singapore and mel my dear!! work is starting soon.. so here are some pics.. if u love adventure and the beach, perth is great... talked to a guy from Nice, southern france today and i tink i wanna go there.. dear start saving.. haha..

well how long ago was the last time i blogged.. well many things have changed and happened between then and now.. i would tink that ive changed.. adapted to the conditions that life and training puts me in.. u see its hard to explain how much shit we have to go thru.. but listening to the stories of yesteryears, im rather thankful that things have indeed gotten better.. long suffering and perserverence is wad i need.. well lets face life its easy to get the chop here.. just fail a few and u're out.. thats life.. and we've gotta live with it..

really wanna thank God for all that his done.. giving me a good instructor and all that.. thank God for the many things his done to allow me to be in the position i am in.. cos lets face it, i didnt even expect myself to reach this stage when i applied for this job.. back then, just looking at the stats of all who applied and made it thru made me feel small and worthless.. even now there is a long long way to go.. suffering.. learning and pushing myself to the limits even when my body screams for rest..

the aircraft so far has been good to me.. Thank God.. my grades have been alright.. checks and procedures have mostly been squared away and now fundamentals and basics are the next big things to work on.. cos without those, u've got nothing to build on.. u realise u cant fly a decent circuit.. no accuracy at all in ur flying.. thats not i want.. i dont expect too much but im gonna do my best.. lets see what God wants me to do..

miss singapore badly.. 2 months and a week now since ive been away.. my family, mel, friends.. the food, the things to do, the places to relax.. everytime u're away, u always look back at ur country with so much love.. haha.. well but one thing i like abt perth is the weather.. its not humid like back home when i can even sweat when im sitting down.. haha.. went down to north bridge last night and the night life there is not bad.. al fresco dining and chill out places. thats the stuff i like..

well off to study again.. should hit progress check this week and my first solo before the end of the yr.. pls pray for me.. haha..

A big thank u to all u guys who sent me that card! really was very surprised when i went to the post office to collect it.. haha.. all the quotes and stuff.. i'll try to fulfill all that u guys have said ya? haha.. was initially wondering wad it was considering it was so thin and light.. opened it and was like 'wow'.. haha.. thanks guys especially u darling.. u really surprised me with this one.. thanks for everything we've done for me k?? thanks for all the times when u've stood by me when things dont turn out the way we want and especially when im away so often.. BMT, OCS, Tamworth, Brunei and now.. I Love u Mel!! :D anyway in the end i lost in the battle to see who could surpise each other more.. haha..
so life has been progressing.. switched over to daylight savings time so now we're one hr ahead over here.. we used to be in the same timezone as spore.. it takes some getting used to.. for a month we've woken up with the sun up and shinning and now when we wake, everythings still dark.. dan like er do i wake up now not?? cos we're all in our individual rooms.. but theres always a way.. u see the unique thing abt our bunks is that each room has its own sink.. dont ask me why? so whenever a guy uses the sink? the bunks ard him will all also hear that his using his sink.. so thats how i know that its time to wake up.. i'll wait for the sink.. random and maybe ridiculous..

i must say this cos i cant take it anymore.. the flies in perth are HORRID!!! so many.. everywhere.. really really really really really everywhere.. and they'll land everywhere everywhere!! when u're walking, when u're sitting, when u're running.. they'll always be there.. and the worse thing is, that their not out in full force yet cos SUMMER AINT HERE YET!!!! oh my goodness.....

anyway so we're starting to fly soon.. things starting to move faster.. so i'll leave everything to God.. he knows wads the best for me.. anyway just realised im supposed to ORD soon!! like in 6 days time.. yes the feeling sucks.. tink u would know why.. imagine.......

work.. what do you think of when u think of work? fun or just a drag? relaxed or stressful? well so many mixed emotions are felt when u think of work.. its been one month now that i've been in aust.. time i must say has passed very fast.. i think many of us know this already that time passes much faster when u have things to do than when u dont.. that most of the time, when u have things to do, u run out of time to do and accomplish the task... well over here, time has passed very quickly.. ops and other duties.. some ppl are starting to have thoughts while others had those thoughts long ago.. but i guess it all boils down to what u want in ur life.. nothing is easy in this world.. least of all is flying.. military flying especially.. u just cannot imagine..

anyway on a lighter note, starting to fly soon.. hopefully.. i'd rather fly and do what i'm paid and supposed to do(although sometimes u think otherwise)..

Mel's bday is next week.. Happy birthday darling!! bought her an ipod touch.. hope u like it.. haha :D.. for that i must say a big thank u to hong jin who helped me alot.. owe him a big one.. didnt know that the touch looks almost like the iphone.. only that it cant call.. haha.. maybe by the time i get back the iphone would be officially out with warranty and all that.. so if anyone is well qualified in using the touch let me know ya. dan will let mel know.. haha..

tink i heard perth is renowned for their flies before i came.. and its true.. the most irriatating creatures on earth.. trying to fly into everything, ur mouth, ears and nose.. so wad do u do? start killing them when they land on ur friend.. next thing u know his covered with fly juice(its back brownish in colour).. haha..

alright its time for me to go.. some of the guys are cooking laksa.. the last one turned out quite well... gonna cook my chilli crab cup noodles too.. hehe dont wanna eat aussie food for dinner tonight.. very sian.. haha..

well todays saturday.. had our dining-in last night.. must say i enjoyed myself.. the thing was held at a winery.. a very famous one with absolutely the best landscape and ambience.. It looked super grand and stuff with u know the type of long driveway into the estate with paved roads with flowers and all that beside the road.. A wonderful place for a date or to spend a day plucking the grapes.. haha..it was held with a vineyard as a backdrop, i tink this was one of the most interesting dinners ive ever had.. we had wine throughout the thing and i tink their dessert wine was great! as with all dining ins, there was alot of tradition and customs to be observed.. initially proving quite hard to grasp, i eventually got used to it and relaxed.. hahah..

so next week plus will mark the 1 month mark.. quite fast if u think about it.. im quite surprised myself.. training will be starting soon.. but the studying has just began man.. cant believe how much i have to study man.. jc life all over again..

the weather over here is starting to get hotter.. temp today is forecasted to be 32.. becos of a high pressure system moving in.. usual temps ard this period should still be in their 20s... hai wad to do.. global warming.. temps in summer can reach as high as 45!!! arh.. that is .... HOT la!! wads more i tink the suns heat here is much stronger than in spore with all that cloud cover.. u literally can feel the suns heat on ur skin man.. face getting more red.. haha.. should have brought my sunblock.. hai.. thank God for an indoor soccer court.. gonna play soccer ltr.. exercise.. have already put on some weight.. dont wanna put on somemore.. must eat less.. haha! wanna eat hawker food...arh.. tink we'll go out to have some chinese food today or tmr.. desperate.. ok to all back home enjoy urselves.. especially some of u ORDing soon ah.. happy la.. go uni and enjoy ah... hahah!

well 3rd week already.. faster than expected.. had initiations and orientations already.. was hell la.. but guess every batch has to go thru them.. lookin at it positively, it bonded us better and somewhat prepared us for wad is to come.. wad is to come for me? alot is to come.. there will be hard times and good times.. so im gonna take advantage of the good.. will do that.. even when all the shit overwhelms me which all too easily happens.. really.. alright am going to the gym to burn some fat.. tink im putting on weight man cos every meal is like buffet la.. all the ang mo food is good..but sometimes u miss the food at the hawker centres.. i really miss those.. hai ok have to go.. chao..

finally got my internet up and running.. just got back to bunk.. pace of life-very fast.. Gonna get faster.. little sleep...im a guy who needs sleep.. and im not getting it.. work hrs from 7 to 8.. by the time all my tasks are done i sleep at 11-12..hai.. but surprisingly, im coping quite alright.. studying alot.. its like worst than air grading.. so ya..

have you ever paid 4.20 for a glass of orange juice before? not forgetting that its only half empty, or half full whichever way you look at it? i did, today at delifrance.. shock of my life.. can someone tell me how in the world how half a glass of orange juice can cost 4.20? you see mel and i went to compass point for a late breakfast early lunch kinda thing.. so we decided on egg and tuna sandwiches which came with a soup.. we added a fruit tart and a something else which i have no idea how to spell.. when it was time to decide wad to drink, i tink either one of us just said orange juice without looking at the menu.. which turned out to be a mistake.. looked at the bill ltr and found out we paid 8.40 in total for the two half-filled glasses which if poured into one would be just nice full.. $20 plus meal became $35... lesson learnt.. drink water.. or if you dont know wad to choose, choose whatever la.. (mental models will now come into play)

anyway tink that the oranges come from antartica deep beneath the frozen ice when once in 3000 yrs stars align and blast a beam towards a narrow spot and melts the ice.. an orange seed carried by the wind from australia finds its way to that fertile piece of land and a lonely orange tree blossoms and bears fruit.. aft yrs the fruits are ripe and dedicated delifrance workers pluck those wonderful fruits off the tree. Then there you have it, oranges that, when squeezed, will give you ur 4.20 dollars worth. that was one of the nicest orange juice i have ever tasted.. but.... ur mind can do things to you to make you feel better.. you figure it out ya? haha

so... if nothing stupid happens i wont be departing this wed.. good or bad i'll see during this period of 3 months before i fly off in dec or jan.. jerry, lucas, stan and the rest are going into BMT.. so now we have even less ppl to play soccer on sat.. hai.. anyway think they will do well inside.. just pray for good companys.. haha. cos that will definately determine the level of enjoyment that you will experience.. but everything will come with a price and just tahan ya.. anyway so chion dennis and jianguo are leaving.. hai.. if only we could all go together..

anyway life is good.. although i havent really met my targets in regards to my expenditure.. hmm.. this month will be a little tough with all the costs.. hai but wad to do.. anyway life in the next couple of months will be tough.. now the seniors in the wing.. standard must be kept and definately alot of admin to do.. life rite?

Well............ im not going!!!! but i still may go if someone drops out becos of medical or stuff but the chances of that happening is quite low la.. so most impt thing? i have more time.. although i had already resigned myself to fate that i'll go fri really turned out to be a nice day.. but also quite sad that chion, dennis and jianguo have to go.. if only we could go together.. but isnt life like that? we seldom get our way in things.. anyway thats for that.. at least now i know and my mind can rest.. this week has been hectic.. prep and all that.. who knows how to cook?? cos i have totally no idea.. the only thing i can cook is............ eggs.. boil water? those i can.. used to be able to cook when i was younger.. i tink..

so wads today? saturday? yea!! going go karting in jb in abt 2 hrs time.. bus picking us up at 1230 at newton.. love the bus.. thank kelvin for that.. so convenient and not too ex.. 20 bucks per pax is not that bad rite? considering his gonna bring u all over the place from spore to jb and then to where ever you wanna eat.. cant wait to have a good meal............. seafood.................... but think i cant do this thing too often.. not good for health and wallet.. but PAY IS IN!!!!! arh!!!

i must start saving.. have wondered why i could save so much before ground sch.. and i try now i all i can get out is like 300-400 bucks at the end of the month.. ive got friends saving wad more than 1 k la... very sad..... must cut down.. matthew you must cut down on ur spending k? shall start with............ food.. eat less at resturants and more at hawkers.. drive less....... petrol is so ex man.. spending 200 on petrol a month even though i only drive only on weekends.. i must do it.. step by step... no more modding of car.. i can do it.. ok im off.. neeed to go to simei to buy breakfast.. cheers everyone!!

well have been quite moody lately.. thats becos ive just found out that i may have to fly off to pearce next month.. its like less than 3 weeks from now la.. totally out of time to do the things i wanna do.. to see the ppl i wanna see and to enjoy my life before i step into the horrid phase that awaits me.. well it may not be that horrid like wad mr nordin liked to say but it'll be quite a significant transition.. had not actually thought abt going for BWC before until now partly becos i thought i'd only go in jan and also i didnt want to worry myself.. well but now, i have no choice.. 9 months away from where ive grew up all my life is gonna be hard... already tamworth was bad even though it was only 1 month and 1 week.. missed mel SOOO much and like aft the days sortie i would just go back to my room, switch on my com and listen to the soothing type of music that would like just make you feel worse and so much more home-sick and love-sick.. untill ive no idea why i did that.. wads more i liked to open the sliding door to the balcony and just sit there and stone.. i loved to stone... i never knew stoning could be so relaxing.. well i guess that experiences like this really get ur mind back on track.. to remind u of the impt things in life that you may have taken for granted. things have happened this past few weeks that i never knew and expected to happen to me.. guess sometimes you need to know ur weaknesses and guard urself cos i now know wad happens when you dont.. i wont go into the details cos you will definately go 'wad are you kidding me??!!!'. yup its quite bad.. tink many ppl have been quite disappointed with me.. am disappointed with myself even more cos i was the one who allowed myself to enter that stupid ditch that i eventually found myself trying to climb out of.. but thank God for his wisdom man.. sometimes you think abt the stupid things you can do and you go like 'wad were you thinking man!'. think mel was yelling that at me too.. sigh.. well that is over.. it doesnt look like its affected me but it has.. im still in the stages of getting over it.. i will get over it.. its difficult but thankfully mel has been there for me.. a great gift that God has given to me.. where others would have done otherwise, she stayed and spoke sense into me.. i think trust is very impt in any relationship especially ones like mine where the two are apart for so long.. too long if you ask me.. but actually, yong tat's training as a WSO fighter is much worse.. his away for 2 yrs! but i know that both of them will work out.. the wonders of skype ah! haha..

so its all gonna start in sept if i go.. hate being the first reserve.. neither here nor there.. not sure if i should start to fully prepare myself mentally but i guess i dont have a choice.. just prep.. alot of checks leh!! you cant imagine but F16 has more la so cant complain.. haha..

studying aerodynamics now.. exam on friday and i havent even read the notes properly yet.. haha! had GFET today and hit 8gs.. quite an experience i must say.. first time that my ass hurt so much.. actually 6 and 8 gs feel almost the same but you can see that with the same technique, you'll definately loc when you're doing the 8. i was like greying out and i gave all i could give in my legs and thank god it all came back.. haha.. if you dont know wad im talking abt its the centifuge that spins ard with a stupid guy sitting inside doing the anti g straining manuoeve.. not fun if you ask me.. all my gyros got screwed up and hate that feeling..

alright going back to my aerody notes now.. the final push towards the end of ground sch.. and then to perth aust.. take care

Milford Sound.. Considered one of the great wonders of the World.. It was formed by retreating glaciers millions of yrs ago.. fantastic place.. we took an encounter cruise which brought us right next to the rock faces and felt all the waterfalls.. shiok!

We cruised at i tink FL390.. It was an overnight flight and we landed at ard 7 or 8.. It was a great flight.. Slept very little even tho it was like 11 hrs.. watched all the movies that i hadnt seen before.. for that, my sister must get the praise cos she chose them.. haha! This pic was taken as we descended into Christchurch.. How does icing affect ur aircraft? Now the met lessons come in handy..

So in a nutshell, that was the trip. My parents, mel and i.. it was fantastic.. all that i regret was not being able to ski.. we were early by half a month.. sigh but i enjoyed it nonetheless and i really thank God for the opportunity to go.. to think abt it, had actually wanted to go ltr so we could ski but we ended up going earlier.. and when i came back i found out i was pushed forward for ground sch.. so tink everything fell in place.. Wad was the best thing that we did?? I have to say that it was the milford cruise and the shotover jet boat ride.. those were really the best! haha.. so if you're tinking of going down to NZ, let me know k..

am tinking of going overseas at the end of the yr before i go to perth.. hmm.. lets see.. maybe go bangkok in the meantime.. surprisingly i havent been there before.. only been to phuket.. fares very cheap... go check.. hehe..

The G monster was the monster who could take the Gs like no ones business.. out of this world.. no G suit whatsoever.. he simple sat there.. and pulled the Gs.. that was the G monster.. that was lame.. just woke up from a nap.. head very heavy now? learned alot abt sleep when i joined the army and now in the air force.. like wads REM sleep and NREM.. like do you know ur eyes move when you sleep during the REM stage? REM=rapid eye movement.. like duh... tink its impt to know at least abit abt wads sleep especially since we sleep so much.. haha.. then theres this thing called sleep inertia.. its the thing im feeling now.. think im going back to sleep.. this week is like the only real break we have during the whole course.. better enjoy every minute of it.. haha.. so to all take care and work hard.. especially those in the army..

first and foremost my back hurts.. to the extent that i cant even move my neck.. so really, im in alot of discomfort rite now.. this is by far the worst neck ache thingy i have ever had.. and wads the worst thing? i have an exam tmr! sigh.. navigation is gonna be the hardest exam so far.. the most questions and longest time given.. 3 hrs.. when was the last time i sat for an exam that lasted 3 hrs.. that was in jc la! anyway no choice.. i'd be much happier aft it cos that'll mark the halfway point of gound sch..

it hasnt been bad at all so far.. although the wing has been going thru some changes, i tink we all have to use more survival instinct.. so to those who want to join the service tinking its a bed of roses with high pay and a good life, i can only say you have no idea.. im not gonna discourage anyone but tink it thru.. really.. its for your own good..

well but isnt life in general like that.. its gonna be hard.. i know mine will be in aust and aft that as an ocu if i pass.. well but isnt everyone out there suffering to an extent too? well yes.. so have really controlled myself.. that i shouldnt be so negative.. be happy and live life and enjoy man..

was driving down to soccer on sunday aft sending mel home and was at the SLE CTE slip road into the CTE.. wah some ppl are too much.. was filtering in ahead of this truck. saw that he was quite close so sped up. he sped up too so that he could prevent me from getting in.. like wad in the world la.. we were like jostling in one lane with him trying to force his stupid truck against my car.. couldnt stand it so slowed down and overtook him later to find a stupid indian national guy staring back.. utterly speechless man.. wads his prob?? really wad did i do to him man.. i has ahead of him la.. sigh.. sometimes you just have to let this type of things go.. love ur enemies.. i must and will.. hai..

anyway have left it behind me and all that.. looking back its just another experience that i can take away.. hope you guys too learn from your experiences and control ur anger.. this was difficult nonetheless..

well its been long. feb was the last post. that was when i was in ocs. that was long long ago. things have changed. changed. perspectives have changed. roads have been repaved. now, im gonna fly the S211 which i tink i was gonna fly. well is it better than the pc 21? pros and cons. i have realised that i have began to say that alot this past few weeks. well look at it this way. life is really abt pros and cons. the decisions u make. things u do. buy ice cream or not to. buy ice cream from the uncle who looks like he picks his nose all the time with his gloves on. pros and cons.. although that might not really be a good example. but u get the drift.

well getting back to where i was, well its really pros and cons. and in the end i dont think i have a choice. wad is choice. havent lived with making choices of my own aft i signed that contract. feels so strange to think abt choices.

well speaking abt choices, ive just realised i made a choice. here i am studying for my flight instruments test with my headphones on and all that and i suddenly thought abt my blog. i nearly forgot the username.. haha. i made a choice to stop studying for awhile and write something.. its fun to write ur thoughts in the most random manner with sometimes the only person who understands what you are writing is urself. me myself and my shadow. flight instruments is boring. so dry. studying it makes me thirsty. need water.

well staying in is not that bad. study and wake up late. great.

heard of the Z monster before?? i just met the boss.. his like level 99 la!! everyone went into the lecture theatre with open minds and brains and all that.. the minute he speaks, we know that the battle ahead would be a tough one..tough it definately was.. it was the worst i have ever experienced.. everyone was fighting to stay alive.. some resorted to snacks, others kept drinking water and the others just succumbed to him.. how did i fair?? how does very long blinks sound?? well that was wad happened at the end.. i fought for a good 45 mins.. kept drawing although my drawing sucks.. so essentially i drew lousy stuff.. aft that i couldnt tink so i started to draw straight lines which werent straight aft awhile.. hahah.. anyway that was wad happened today.. retarded it was.. fun it was too.. an experience.. with that i need to go..

I just realised that my blogs layout is super outdated man.. haha.. not gonna change.. partly becos i like the present, partly also becos i have no idea how to change it.. or i remembered but forgot..its quite an achievement actually cos its been like ages since i first started this blog.. which was like dunno when.. took a look at the very first few entries the other day and it was quite fun.. have i changed much? i cant tell.. i really dont know.. haha.. wad are blogs for ah?

anyway if you didnt know im in ocs now.. yes again.. again.. i stress the word again... but thank god its air wing.. wearing blue is SO much better than green man.. life has been good.. booking out on fridays now instead of sat like in the army wings.. cant wait to get back to afs.. life in afs is so much better although air wing isnt that bad la.. just thank god for being where i am and with the ppl who are with me..

so its more or less confirmed that my batch will be flying the new plane.. the PC-21 is quite a prospect.. flies faster than the present S211 and the interior is shiok man!! the glass cockpit is something im looking forward to see and use.. just wanna get my wings.. its gonna be awhile but i dont tink i have the choice ya.. such a long backlog.. only flying off to aust next yr.. hai.. get my wings(if i can get them) only like in 2010.. well thats that i guess.....

ive always asked myself this qns when i see the female cadets in OCS.. why in the world would you want to join the army???? WHY????? there just isnt a logical explanation for it!! i mean if its for the air force and navy yes great but army???? but i guess i also have to applaude them for it.. not everyone makes the grade ya.. heard a majority of them in their bmt now are interested in joining as pilots or WSOs.. all the best is all i can say.. scholars.. im just an ordinary farmer.. doing the bidding of the ______. haha.. its not that bad la..

was reading this great great book by Mark Leyner and Billy Goldberg whose title is above. Its the sort of stupid yet extremely interesting book that answers all the stupid qns you could ever ask. i bought the other called ' why do men sleep after sex' too.. let me share some interestings facts with yall(in my own words)..

well let me first answer the title qns. it seems looong long ago, 19 yrs for me, i was once a girl. a girl for only 6 weeks tho. that was the initial stage of my grwoth when i was yet an embryo. but Thank GOD!! genes had it that i would be a male.(thank you GOd for this so wonderful and impt fact!!!) so aft 6 weeks, the male chromosome in the embryo started to kick in and all the manly and masculine aspects of me started to take shape. so thus in those 6 weeks, i got me nipples and a little bit of breast. the answer for you.

Why does poo(aka shit) float?
its because of the air trapped in the poo. increased levels of gas and air makes it more dense and thus it floats! amazing science.

Is it true that left-handed ppl are smarter than right-handed ppl??
Nope. studies have not shown any concrete evidence but there is something interesting. Males are about one and a half to two times more likely to be left-handed than females. Anyway just some food for thought, the left brain specialises in language and speech whereas the right brain is responsible for visual and spartial skills. You ought to have known this that if you're right-handed, you're left brain dominant and vice versa.

Can you swallow your tongue??
It is not possible to swallow your tongue. The tongue can block the opening of the airway and one of the first things that you are taught in basic life support(i didnt go for that) is that if someone is having difficulty breathing, you should tilt his or her head and lift the chin. this helps remove the tongue as an obstruction.

had katong laksa today aft work. tasted great! yum.. food makes you happy.. for me at least.. haha.. had dinner with a few of the guys aft work. we went to look at car bodykits before that.. chion wants to modify or as we call it 'zheng' his car's kit to make it look more 'fierce'. mazda 3 becoming an rx 8 ah? haha.. dennis wants to do up his too.. sir too.. well if you look at it, all do.. haha.. all of us are in the car mod mood now la.. even if you arent, just going to the workshop would transform you into one.. imagine buying a car and then modding it into a different one. thats wad some do.. gonna get the civic in jan and given parental approval, im gonna get it done up.. but that'll have to wait till ive finished brunei.. no time to do it when im in ocs.. but its quite exciting.. started to save but as you know me, it can take awhile..

enough about cars, for all i know my parents wont allow me to do it up.. which would be a great pity.. anyway life is alright new batch of air graders coming in and all that. just hoping to see one tpjcian ard one of these days. no one else but me.. hai.. hoping..

going to malaysia one of these days to eat and go-kart.. so low to the ground and going so fast.. the one in escape is a far far far cry.. like comparing the premier league to s league.. cant wait.. christmas is coming and i havent bought any gifts yet.. when do ppl actually start buying gifts? or have they all already bought theirs? er.. not to worry.. thank god for late nite shopping..

well finally got to update becos im on my block leave. its a great feeling i tell you.. must enjoy every single minute of it before ive got to go back again to ocs. at least its just air wing and not army again. but still tough anyways. im spectacularly unfit man.. when was the last time you ever saw a tummy on me man? cos ive got one right now.. haha.. quite sad that it got to this state.. will its alright cos i'll lose all the weight in brunei.

anyway my hp number has changed to becos i had to get a new phone. the old one, meaning that one that has been with me since sec sch was crapping up.. got the m600i. nice phone but no cam ya? had to get one without a camera. but everything else is cool.. it was either that or the w 950 one which was a little steep.. 1000 plus man.. too much if you ask me.. bought new boots too so this month's expenditure a little high.. save money man.. buy new paper also have to share. 30 cents each with one guy forking out extra 10 cents. haha..

speaking about money how much does your car do per litre? mine does close to 11 which is alright but that means buses overtake me man!! hahah!! cant do that again.. when im driving normally it drops to 8 km per litre!!! thats retarded!! there was even an instance when in dropped to 5 plus.. pumping 25 bucks every other day.. so tired of it i decided to just pump 50 yesterday and see how long it lasts.. I MUST BE LIGHT FOOTED!!! anyway cant wait for the new civic to arrive.. bet its fuel comsump rate is much better.. jan man.. one more month!!! hopefully my parents will allow me to modify it.. hopefully.. heheh.. mugen or modulo? still cant decide but more or less decided on the rims.. if i can change them that is..

havent been doing much except soccer, eating and eating.. had crystal jade yesterday with mel at tm and the svc was quite bad.. so we wont be going back there for a while.. rather eat at imperial.. but hawker still rocks the most man.. where is the best fried oyster egg in s'pore? is the the tamp ave 4 one, the 85 one, the lagoon one or the newton one? i still cant decide.. but i like all of them.. hahah.. tink about it..

well its been 5 weeks in australia for my air grading.. life has really been good.. ok not really all the time but most of the time.. just am really blessed cos i had very good instructors who really thought me how to fly very well.. from take off to landing.. great man.. haha.. anyway just thank God i PASSED!!!

ah!!!! yes 4 whole weeks of slogging it out for this paid off.. really high chance of me getting my wings if i dun screw up bad la.. will put the photos up next time because im using the common computer over here.. will be flying home tmr and im gonna enjoy every single moment of the flight.. free drinks on the house man.. hehe.. hmm hows Sydney? transit for ard 5 hours so we'll see how it goes ah..

to tink of it life now will be quite good.. drawing good pay for the next year whilst doing not really much apart from ocs (again), brunei and all that.. quite good aye mate.. food in aust rules!! free flow food, free flow drinks, free flow ice cream.. yup nice..

and the best thing of all is that i get to fly.. although some sorties are worse than others, i guess in the end i really did enjoy all of them.. flying at 3 to 6 thousand feet and doing all the aerobatics and stuff was quite fun.. haha.. but i guess the most enjoyment one may derive is from landing the aircraft.. that really is the icing on the cake.. cos if you dont know, just getting your aircraft lined up on finals at the correct altitude is a major task in itself.. haha.. still trying to perfect it but i got somewhere there.. (i tink) haha.. but flying really is great..

ive got a list of stuff i really wanna do.. laksa, soccer, 85, movies, church and obviously her.. cant wait..

Last entry was 10th April.. how time has passed... life has indeed been good.. went into a good bmt company.. got into FEP which was good.. went to ocs ECHO wing!!! which was the best wing and now in AFS.. just hope i pass air grading.. better pass.. faith! wonder how everyone else is doing.. sort of have lost track of the rest but still meeting them up.. thats wad army does i guess.. anyway am happy now that im back to 8 to 5. but now its less slack. stuff to do and stuff to learn.. R/t and all the checks and procedures.. alot man.. but lets not forget about soccer.. miss soccer.. wanna play soccer.. match on sunday.. yes!! SOCCER!!! arh!!!! 3 months without it!!!!! anyway regarding the pilot thing i'll be trying my best so pls pray for me.. flying off on 10th of sept..

anyway gotta go now.. wanna watch simpsons.. will update another time.. life now is normal la.. havent really flown anything.. actually starting to miss echo wing in ocs.. hai... even with all the hardship and pain you still enjoy urself at the end of the day.. well life i guess..

life has been quite good lately i must say.. the FEP programme has really been a blessing.. haha.. anyway thank god i passed my interview!!!! yes so i'll see how everything turns out from there.. no worries.. all in Gods hands.. anyway gonna give blood this sunday.. first time.. well hope it turns out good.. haha.. i mean how bad can it be RITE????? its like only this massive needle being stuck into your arm and lots of blood flowing out.. haha.. change sub.

watched inside man the other day and it really had an interesting plot.. smart.. but the censoring and all that left much to be desired.. i mean there were conplete sentences which were like not sentences because of all the censoring.. just another lesson that we all have to learn to read lips ya.. very useful..

rollerblading is getting more fun.. mel and i are inproving.. just wear wrist guard next time k?? haha.. saw tin and ben the other day..great to see them again considering how many of us are going our seperate ways.. great time and thank god it didnt rain..

Well received my posting order on friday.. going to airforce.. pilot selection and stuff.. like was super shocked ah.. but anyway just to let ya know, am not a pilot yet.. am only goin for the air grading and stuff.. fly the plane and see whether i can take the Gs.. haha.. tink it'll be fun.. IF i were to be a pilot, i'll have lots of money!!! haha.. IF!! but to tink of it, it'll take alot of sacrifice of my time and loved ones.. hai.. really dunno how.. well all im gonna do is to go thru this process and see how it goes.. dun mind being a pilot and serve the country ya.. let God decide.. for those who dont know, if i dont make it, i'll either be posted to sispec or ocs.. if i make it, i'll go to australia for further tests i tink and dan if i make it at the end, i'll have to sign a 12 yr contract.. and most of that time away from our sunny island.. so thats essentially how its gonna be if i make.. IF.

actually kinda disappointed that i didnt get into ocs with the rest of my buddies.. hai.. wasted not with them.. now 3 months of just tests and stuff.. for better or worse? i dont know.. why did the air force take me away? i dont know.. but i'll leave it to God and i'll just do my best wherever i am.. he'll handle the rest.. getting into the pilot thingy is already a blessing considering i already turned down another air force vocation to be an air traffic controller.. Only God knows wad is gonna happen and i'll put my trust in him..(if i make it, i wanna fly the F-15!!!) will try to update as much as possible ya.. to the rest, take care and enjoy urselves!

well the past week out in cv life has been great.. everything's great if you compare it with life back in tekong.. i actually looked forward to my book-out to collect my results la! just becos i wanted to book out.. haha.. well that phase of my NS life is now over.. come friday i'll find out where im off to next.. on hindsight, BMT wasnt totally that bad.. it was not bad actually.. ive made many great friends and life apart from a few occasions was ok.. life was not hell all the time but just sometimes.. anyway tink its all part of the training rite? the meaning of pain has been brought up a few notches.. but there were times when i actually had fun.. like sleeping my 7 hrs everyday.. washing the toilet was not bad too.. very relaxing becos you get to spray everywhere with water.. haha.. and the LITTLE admin time i had was spent relaxing too.. i would like to emphasize the word little! is admin time a priviledge or a right? up till now i dont know.. cos others in the other companies get at least 1 hr everyday and wad do i get? 15 mins to bath and do all my stuff before lights out.. its not nice la.. but i guess you can live with it.. i lived with it for 2 plus months.. after awhile, you get used to it, like everything else.. the pumping, crunches, alternate leg thrusts, jumping jacks, marching, running ard with rifle overhead, all the crawling, the running to and fro and running up and down your company line.. you get used to all this stuff.. i personally like alternate leg thrusts the most.. do like 20 sets of 4 and your leg goes numb.. but thats not all.. not everyone is counting together so you start back from zero.. and the cycle continues.. looking back at it all, coming up with all the punishments we went thru really takes some creativity.. not bad..
anyway thank God at least one phase of my NS life is over.. wanna thank God too for the blessing he gave me in the form of the best recruit of my platoon award.. really didnt see it coming.. didnt even tink abt it until i was told so.. God's favour i must say.. in a platoon which comprised so many outstanding personalities, im greatly blessed to have received it.. the thanks too has to go out to the guys from jaguar 3.. they really made my life as IC much easier with their cooperation and help..

well a piece of advise to those going into the army, no man is an island.. depend on others as much as yourself. be strong up there and dont give in.. its all mental.. (this mainly is for the direct enhanced leadership batches..) you'll fully understand wad this post is talking abt.. haha..

well the last three days of freedom really.. Army beckons on fri.. but as wad all my friends say, the right attitude overcomes.. and ive decided to have the right mindset and attitude going into the place.. a place of challenges and trials and difficulties but thank God im going in.. you never rise to the next level unless you go thru some trials to strengthen you and to really mould you into a better person both physically and character wise.. initially i was like 'huh why must i go into the army'.. but looking at it, i'll get a great bod when im out.. hehe.. that i hope but skinny ppl usually cant build too much.. goin into the army has also made me realise and appreciate even more for my friends.. this so too for my wonderfully great churchmates.. all have been such a great blessing in my life.. my cg has been there for me thruout and looking back at the yr together, we all have really grown.. both in numbers where we're averaging more than 25 and spiritually where i believe that everyone has gotten to know the bible and their creator much more.. isnt that wad we're called to do? at the end of the day, lets be satisfied at the things we've done for God.. when we answer him in heaven, i want to be found good and faithful like all you out there.. thats why i believe that E222 is such a special cg(although i may be biased) haha.. you guys understand the calling every christian has which is the great commission.. this is basic to our christian walk with God.. believe that the grp will indeed grow from strength to strength, from glory to glory and i believe that by Emerge, we can average at 30 ya? wad for be a apple tree when you cant grow apples? haha.. same thing as being a christian who doesnt reach out.. bear good fruits! :D

i also have to really thank all my very close buddies peng, hj, xiang, jerry, nick, matt, amos, yuqin, joash, mildred and the rest of the bunch.. thanks alot for the treat at 85 ya? haha.. really appreciate the things that you guys have done.. even with the division that has occured, i hope that you guys can come to eventually forgive.. if you dont wanna friend him its your decision but at lest forgive and maybe put in check the slandering that takes place.. as wad pst said, only the strong can really forgive and forget while the weak ones keep remembering and slandering the other party even 10 yrs from now.. haha.. but i strongly believe that you guys are strong ya.. pray that our great friendship as a bunch wont end even in heaven ya.. its been since pri 5 that xiang, peng, jerry, mildred and i have been together.. thats wad, 8 yrs leh!! wad lao.... haha.. two more and that'll be ten.. the rest is 6 yrs ya.. but still alot if you look at it.. haha.. its been filled with highs and lows but nonetheless, really exciting times... thanks to you guys..

to all the soccer guys, you guys rock.. although we all couldnt make it for the planned outings, i believe that we'll keep in touch ya? go out on CNY ya? 4 day weekend confirm got time unless have to book in.. haha.. believe that eventually, we all will be able to do many more pull-ups ya? just tot abt how we may meet at the inter company soccer events ah.. wah.. tink army will be fun la.. its really how you make out of it.. so to alex, aloy, wei liang(collecting your ball on thurs rite?), dan, wan, kenny, zaw, marcus, peng, izree all the best in the SAF.. dont miss your gals too much la.. alex ah.. meet family already sia.. haha!

Well you see stuff has happened in my inner circle of friends.. love and friendship has turned to hatred which presently sees no end or remedy.. long ties to one another severed and destroyed.. rival camps encamped in their own beliefs.. who was right and who was wrong? yes one should not have told becos of that all impt promise.. yet the other should have told becos of his duty.. yet one should not have told becos it was not a large matter.. yet the other should have told as a response to his conscience.. in this world, agreement is expensive sometimes.. i for one have not come to fully understand the circumstances in which this 'war' is being fought.. why it came abt in the first place i partly understand.. justified or not it isnt for me to decide.. in this instance, leaders have already offered their verdict in alignment with the former.. yet i hold some attachment to the latter.. perhaps this could very much have been handled much much better.. under-hand dealings should not have occured and transparency should have existed for trust to be established.. but wad has been done has essentially been done.. things are now very much different.. i tink those who know agree.. obvious i guess.. but both sides have a part to play.. one should come out and explain his true motives and wad he really said.. the others should listen and calm their emotions.. hatred is really a strong emotion that all of us feel from time to time.. but when one does wrong to you does not mean you have to right to hate.. 'hate', God says is murder in your heart.. even if you say the other was wrong, you should not have a reason to be out of God's will.. if you really believe in your faith, act like you do.. make the right decisions knowing that at the end of the day, you can at lest come clean to God.. that you havent done anything irrational and irresponsible.. Christianity isnt abt pleasing man.. but really God himself.. becos we know that we do wad is right when God says its right.. how would i know wad is right?? read the bible! i believe that maturity exists.. i know it does.. so act like it does even if it really is that difficult.. if you perceive injustice towards you, forgive and let God deal with the other if you tink you're right.. becos we are essentially incapable of dealing with these kinda stuff.. God knows wad you dont.. remember, your reaction matters.. you can go on abt the injustice you have suffered from, but at the end of the day, give it to God and let him handle it.. taking it into your own hands may really make everything worse.. and lets honour our leaders even when you feel their biased.. at the end of the day, lets be right in God's eyes.. cos thats really wad matters.. not man, not emotions.. Jesus Christ.. Tink far.. :D

well, merry christmas to all you out there.. its really a great time of the year.. not just becos there isnt any sch or stuff like that but also becos of the whole mood and sentiments it brings abt.. compare it with all the other festivals out there and to me(i may be biased, haha), this is as good as it gets.. you get to spend quality time with your friends and relatives and really have fun getting gifts both for other ppl and from other ppl.. its good that we can end the yr at such a high.. however dont know if you read the papers recently but theres something quite sad thats happening this time of the yr.. the ppl in the US have decided to rid the term, 'Christmas'.. instead now its just 'Season's greetings'.. quite sad if you know wad i mean.. this has followed a line of other anti-religious judicial decisions to rid the country of religious practices such as in schools and even football games.. prayer is no longer allowed in schs, you cant read the bible in class and all that other stuff.. so wads up? well you go ask those ppl who believe that there is no God la.. haha.. according to them, we all evolved from monkeys.. dont know abt you but i dont want to be related to them at all.. at all.. so following that line of thought, that would mean that monkeys all over the world are becoming just like us.. oh my... that day i was in the singapore zoo and there rite in front of me, this ape turned into a human with an IQ of 140 man.. he spoke in French, greek, latin and would-you-believe-it, kung-bush man language.. but you might ask how come we didnt see it in the news?? well the ape's smart k.. thats why his 140 IQ la.. he gets free food all day without doing anything other dan shitting and sleeping.. wads more he gets to shit everywhere and you dont see him going to a toilet rite? so its wad we call an act.. he knows wad he wants, food.. he gets it by acting like an ape.. ans your qns already? this situation would however only occur in the world of evolution, which as i believe, is only found in your imagination.. really wanna believe that you came from an ape, go ahead man.. i believe i was created by God.. not only did he create me but he also saved me.. so lets not forget the true meaning of christmas.. Jesus Christ died for you and me.. yes christmas is great with all the gifts and turkey but i really hope that the message does pull thru, that God does exist and he died and rose again for you.. i really hope that those reading this who havent committed to Christ really tink abt this.. if you really love someone, wouldnt you want to show that person you love him? At lest go to church this weekend, not for the sake of tradition or sentimental feelings, but becos you really wanna know more.. i really pray that you'll stay and not be like those who call themselves Christians but know nothing wad a relationship with God equates but merely a shallow understanding revolving ard give me, give me and give me.. Sometimes i myself get into such a hole but i try to get out.. you should to.. remember, Christmas comes from 'Christ'.. He really is the reason for the season..

so how was prom? man prom.. how did the word 'prom' come abt? you go ask your grandparents k? anyway more importantly, if i may say so myself, was my sch's prom.. from the outside, it looks ok.. inside, well it looked quite good indeed.. its The Regent if you wanna ask.. It was good apart from the fact that i lost my entry ticket.. but thanks to my OGMS, i was saved.. anyway good food (except shark's fin) loved the chicken.. oh man the chicken was good.. yum.. ok moving on was saboed to dress up like i dunno wad la.. all i did was stand there and let the rest dress me.. if you're wondering, i was already dressed k.. dun tink the wrong thoughts.. haha
so aft the thing toook photos.. blabla.. the standard you know?

wad happened aft was more fun.. haha.. kozaw and i drove so we intitally wanted to go One Fullerton.. went there and paid the 5 buck car entry thing and then decided that we'd go to clarke quay instead.. made more economic sense cos in the words of Kenny, why would you want to pay 18 bucks and kill yourself.. ordered some beer.. we shared a jug with the otehrs ordering others.. the amazing thing?? hint:ask Aloy.. the buzz word of the day was, 'i tink you're drunk'.. and the other one was 'no wad you look ok wad'.. haha.. being the desinated drivers, me and zaw drank very little.. haha.. yes... we did.. went over to kozaw's friends place aft going to ECP's mac for supper.. super stupid sia.. haha.. played soccer at 9 aft that and lost 4-2.. we could have won la.. hai.. considering we slept only like 2 hrs, not bad already.. haha.. (i am not good in winning eleven..) lost to jerome.. ah.. haha.. but his good.. broke my offside trap.. Rio no form la.. haha..
reached home at 12 and amazingly did housework till 2 k!!!! vacuumed both upstairs and down and washed the car.. so proud of myself.. haha.. slept to 3 and drove down to church..
total hrs slept=3..
amt of fun=priceless..

Driving is fun aint it? no more mrts buses and walking.. only aircon and butt warming.. apart from the fact that fuel costs so much now that if you pay for fuel, you've really got nothing else to buy.. that is wad is driving is all abt.. paying for fuel.. driving now adays really involves not looking at the speedo but really the fuel gauge.. see it moving down too much and you automatically lift off the pedel and essentially, road hog.. well i must admit that i have hogged abit on steep hills.. wad for waste petrol by accelerating on a hill rite? i'll rather wait for the slope down and accelerate then.. haha.. more economic sense i guess.. but there will always be those rich ones who down even now wad fuel consumption is.. just to let ya know, driving faster does use more fuel.. (and you go 'oh!! really meh?? thought you use the same amount no matter wad speed you drive.. dun believe you.) well, i guess go ahead and drive fast and see your paper money being burned up.. haha.. unless you drive a real sports car, speed man!! haha.. but if your car is the type that outside look like STI but inside is a 1.6 litre or worst still 1.3, tink you should move aside and let the guy behind you overtake you..
ok then.. no more already.. apart from the fact that since Christmas is coming, you can be a great friend and buy me a Mercedes SLR.. thanks alot ah.. no model cars ah.. Ratio should be 1:1 k? hahah..

exams are drawing near.. ppl are getting stressed.. im.... blogging.. well its just gonna take awhile.. a stress reliever, for the stress that does exist.. haha.. so wads been happening the past few days? well fuel is very expensive ah.. wah.. tink im gonna start driving less now.. even when my sis doesnt need the car.. cos its just wasteful la.. feel very bad already.. like ppl in Kenya need to run like 10km home from sch (hence why they're all long-dist runners) , and i, lazy to walk from the bus stop to my door.. im sorry 'rambas ticktoke'.. will save energy and money.. am actually very thankful for such a wonderful sis.. she pays for my lifestyle and acts as a consultant for almost everything.. haha.. well i pay sometimes for my fuel k! and its painful.. i tink its natural that we start to take advantage of the things that we have.. but its really up to the individual to really decide to appreciate the things that he/she(am not gonna use sexist language) has.. Things like friends, family, the comfortable life you lead, all these things God has given to you.. its up to you as to how you treat them.. Even tho these things may not be perfect, remember neither are you.. come on and wake up, we live in a broken down world and everything that GOd had initally purposed for good has been perverted.. Why im saying this is becos of something i read somewhere.. it really wasnt very nice.. THe topic? Friends.. not everyone reacts to something in the same way as you.. why???? becos we're all diff??? didnt God create us all uniquely?? wad may seem right to one may be wrong to another.. but isnt this life? God has made us in a way whereby we react to things according to our nature and the way we were brought up.. conflicts are bound to happen in these circumstances.. you can either resolve them constructively or conversely totally elminate the need or abiltiy to do so ever again with others.. yes, mistakes have been made by some.. but someone just made one that was uncalled for and unnecessary.. one may be justified into doing or saying something and indeed, you are.. come on, the internet(on my, a clue!) has given us the liberty to speak our minds, but due consideration has to be given.. one has all the right in the world to speak his/her mind, but remember, wad you say affects the way you are seen and what is perceived of you..
Job said: 'my lips shall not speak wickedness, nor my tongue utter deceit.'
wad you say and does represent who you are..

well, the prelims are just over.. with one down, ive got a large one ahead.. ard 40 days i presume.. tink i really have to get my act together and its about time i guess.. its difficult to come to fully understand the importance of the A levels.. i mean the direction of our lives will be set with the results from this exam.. be it succeeding and finding great jobs or just getting stuck in a rut and having no where to go.. which way do i wanna go? its obvious and anyone who doesnt know the obvious answer ought to...... yes... moving on, believe many people get really depressed during this period of time.. no outings.. only the four walls of wherever you study.. (ok you have more than 4 walls in some places.) so the gravity of the situation really is daunting.. am i up to it? well my guess is as good as yours.. all i can do however is to put my trust in God.. i know that the plans he has for me are only for my benefit and all i have to do is to do my best..

have you ever wondered where you'll be when you die? seriously? tink about it.. i mean life just goes with the click of the mouse.. (maybe not so fast) but its still worth considering.. for me, im sure.. how bout you? with all that ive seen over the years with all the missions trips and all that, spirits do exist be it they be good or bad.. there is really no doubt.. A God exists.. and from my point of view, Jesus lives.. My many mission trips to Myanmar have really served to open my eyes.. literally, right in front of my eyes, you see demon possessed people rolling about and cursing and vomiting when prayed for.. although wad you see in the movies are sometimes overdrawn for entertainment, the real thing does freak you out.. these are ordinary folks who lead normal lives.. but then prayed for, the demons that reside in them without the person's knowledge reacts and wad you see is most of the time, really scary.. so do you expect me to believe that spirits dun exist? So you ask, how do you know that Jesus is the true and living God? well for one, the demons fear even his name let alone the spirit of God.. there're so many stories that i can tell you to prove this point.. there was once in Myanmar in the northern states, my father was praying for this girl who had some problems.. the name Jesus is above every other name and so in prayer, my father just prayed for her asking for wadever that was burdening her to be removed.. unknowingly, later the demon within her began to manifest.. the whole group of christians dan surrounded her and continued praying.. into it, the spirit thru her began to plead for us to stop praying and to spare it.. you know that you know that that was the demon speaking.. you have to be there to know.. so to cut the story short, the demon was cast out and until today, she has been a conpletely changed person, active in church..

i have no idea why i wrote this today.. just wanted to just share my experiences with you all.. im indeed blessed becos of the fact that most of my friends are christians and quite fervent ones as well.. but there are those who are christians yet professional ones, living double lives and acting totally different in church and elsewhere.. im not perfect by all means, ive made my mistakes and i try to watch myself in wad i say and do.. but there are those who dont..
change is the only constant in life.. For those who arent christians, i hope this entry has been an enlightening experience on one of the many ways the spirit of God moves in.. i seriously dunno why i wrote my entry like that.. Jesus loves you and he died for you.. where will you be after life? and even if you're saved, how are you going to account for your life on earth? did you even try to lead your friends to heaven? it all boils down to really being a true disciple for Christ..

Freanch is a fery fery fice language.. wifh afot of fh.. anyway its 74 days to the As man.. hoho.. hehehe.. tink im going nuts.. have enjoyed my two yrs of fun and now its time to study.. yes, study.. who came up with this term 'study' in the first place? well, there is indeed an answer to that question..
long time ago, there was a man called Safainhorambaba who lived in 300 B.C. it was a splendid period to live in with all the new mud houses that just came into development.. now they had doors for goodness sake which finally allowed for easy entry and exit from the houses.. (the previous method being climbing up a ladder to the top of the roof and sliding down on a pole thru the hole in the roof to the centre of house.) although the element of fun was removed, however the utter convenience of the door made life so much easier.. ppl now could could bring their produce and shopping items into the house without breaking them. (this happened as ppl had to throw the stuff thru the hole in the roof to get it into the house.) but most imptly, ppl could finally sleep in peace without having water soaking them wet when it rained.. (think you can figure out why this happened) thus the invention of the door was of profound significance to humanity and all who lived in mud houses.. and it was this invention by Safainhorambaba that paved the way for an even greater variety of doors we see today..

I'll continue the story on how the term 'study' came about in the next post.. so till next time, and in the words of Safainhorambaba, ' go and see alibaba!'

yes, the weather has been a little warm.. i really dun like high temperatures.. anyway thats for that..

anyway the prelims are just around the corner rite now so yup, am feeling a little worried if i might add.. who wouldn't? they say the two years you spend in jc are the worst two (studying wise) you'll ever have to go through.. for all the 18 years that i have lived, i totally agree with that.. whats more! i'll forget everything i learnt when i enlist into the army, cleaning toilets, polishing my boots and.... marching.. yes... overheard a conversation the other day between two guys, presumably two NS guys.. One went 'i tink i march too fast like that..(mimicking how he really marched) how do you march slower?' i couldnt hear the other's reply.. whether i really cared or not, that i leave it up to you.. it just shows something.. when i go into army, im most likely gonna be like him.. marching in front of a mirror to see if im doing it correctly.. speaking in all the acronyms like so you finish your FT so that you can enter OCS so that you can become the CO of the HUDSAFHO..(the last one was made up) well.. picture looks bleak but i'll live thru it.. thats why i love my country so much.. even with all the stupid things that we have to go thru, with all the cyclical movements of our education system, changes in the system that existed 10 years ago which were abolished and now return, well, we still live thru them.. i mean we have to.. besides no one government in the world is perfect.. neither is ours.. ours just tries too hard..

have you ever eaten till you've felt your skin around your belly tighten? well... i have.. and i must say that its rather cool.. hehe.. actually just got back from megumi, with yet another wonderful meal with my parents.. anyway life has been good.. have actually studied a little and am planning to up to pace a little.. i guess i have to considering the poor results i got for CAs.. disappointing man.. like the grades were indescribilblibibibibiby horrible.. arh! well just have to learn from it i guess.. received my photocard driver's license yesterday and am wondering wad in the world i was doing when i took the photo.. its like.. nvm.. not as bad as the one in my IC.. haha.. that one is beyond description.. i looked like i had a beard or something and essentially appeared drunk.. haha.. but that was yrs ago when i had a beard.. haha..
anyway, am off now.. gonna study a bit i guess becos of the hist test tmr.. sigh.. well thats all for this entry folks.. take care and enjoy urselves!

am rather happy.. haha.. guess most of you should know why.. dun really know wad to write.. this week has been good.. am currently badly sun burnt and my face hurts.. cant evern touch it.. hai.. as usual i guess.. anyway had our basketball match today which we lost.. i mean its not surprising considering the team we were up against.. its quite difficult if you're not really big.. haha.. and like i dun even know the rules of the game la.. but well tink i'll just stick to my notion of basketball.. just a sport that dirties your hand.. really.. aft a game, you'll see why.. at lest for soccer, you've got boots.. hahah.. and like your hand is relatively clean i guess.. i tink most of the time when it doesnt rain..

so ya today's entry is quite nonsensical la.. have no idea wad to write.. all i can say now is that im tired! haha.. so this i where i shall end..

well havent been writing for awhile.. sorry if ive deprived you of your entertainment and pleasure but you can always go ard looking at other blogs which are updated everyday like E....'s or hiimaguywhoblogseverydaybecosidunhavealife's blog or something.. no names here to protect myself from all the stuff you read abt in the papers.. this blog is all clean stuff ya.. anyway so back to my life.. well have received my results for most of the papers which turned out disappointing and hence, ive decided to change a little of my study habits here and there.. hopefully to better results.. well thats life rite? change being the only constant in our hectic and busy lives.. so i guess ive to change some stuff and we'll see how it goes..

anyway am rather pleased now becos i just packed my room! you cannot imagine the sense of fulfillment i got from it.. totally worthwhile exercise considering the efficiency in which the job was completed.. hahah..

anyway so life has been ok.. just tinking how sad and mundane my life for the next couple months will be.. really... its all abt studying you know.. its rather saddening cos studying isnt really the nicest thing to do.. (i tink for most ppl. but if you find it the most fun pastime in the world, then.... yea... great...) so as i was saying.. sharks where was i? ah forget it.. shall stop here for today.. have driving lessons tmr which are always so fun.. test on tues!! ah..... God pls give me favour from the tester.. find out if i pass or fail here.. (if i dun reply means i failed.. i mean who would want to tell the whole world you failed rite? but its not really a matter..) i guess if i fail, God just doesnt want me to drive.. i'll rather let him decide ya?

well the weeks been alright by my standards.. watched star wars which rocked totally and just finished the yet to be released sin city.. A good show i must add.. very stylistic man.. Gory too.. anyway today was great! woke up at 8 and went down to M court to play soccer.. went home and followed sis for branch at our fav jap restaurant at siglap.. MEGUMI!! ah!! it rocks.. still can taste the spider maki.. you've gotta try it.. went home and watched the movie and studied a little.. did housework(being as efficient as i am, the task was completed in a new record of 5 mins. this due to the fact the household management has not attained an ISO rating..) carrying on from where i left off, just got home from a wonderful meal at crystal jade.. am very satisfied.. being satisfied is perhaps an understatement as a matter of fact..

anyway term 2's coming to an end.. a few more months to the As.. so.. ya.. will leave that as that...

am off now.. wanna sleep early tonight.. have got a long day tmr with sch and word power at church.. first time in the competiton so we'll see how it goes.. hopefully better than wad i tink.. hahahah.. so to all, cheers and take care!

so yup the week's been alright.. soccer tournament going on and stuff together with driving and stuff.. so all's fine.. now just hope that we can get into the semis which would be awesome man. however am quite sad that we didnt get to host considering that our field is like 100 times better than the one in SA. but wad to do rite? so we'll just go there with the little supporters we have.. haha.. kidding.. (try to make it)

its been quite a long time in blog yrs since my last entry ah? haha.. well things have been going on these past few weeks with the A division tournament and my driving lessons and SCHOOL! haha.. but everything has been going on smoothly.. really thank god actually cos so much can go so wrong and stuff.. so we have won the two matches we have played and we face an extremely impt one tmr against srjc.. we will win! we must! we are capable of doin it.. tink for those who have watched the games, i tink you can conclude that i havent really been playing well.. its really quite upsetting when you tink abt it cos was hoping that my previous form would last but as usual it didnt.. well but on the brighter side, i can improve so much more.. and i will! i will! (must actually) haha..

well for driving and stuff its been good so far.. hoping to do everything under or ard 20 lessons.. save money and time.. haha.. so yup this is it.. actually didnt have a good day yesterday becos of my stomach.. vomited a bit.. so am feeling better but not still not usual.. gonna rest aft this.. ok so this the end of this week's entry.. you guys take care and pls do keep in touch! friendship is something god has really blessed everyone with.. and i SO thank him for it! hahaha!

really.. wad can i say.. was really quite stunned by the result today.. like we were leading 3-1 man! and in 6 mins, we lost it 4-3.. take that for turning a game around.. we played well for a total of 70 mins.. the last ten were just chaos.. we just fell asleep man.. but its ok.. tink everyone really woke up today during and aft the match.. everyone has realised really how much work we need to put in to get where we wanna go.. as wad most ppl say, the ball is round.. so round balls can do just anything and go anywhere rite? haha..(theres no link) but ya.. to all soccer guys reading this, we really need to improve on our mental stamina.. its really impt and i myself have to work really hard to improve in that area cos that can win or break your game..

i tink im rather entitled to this emotion as a matter of fact.. haha.. who actually looks forward to the sch term other than s_ m_n.. if you figured that out, im just kidding k? haha.. anyway ya people usually have mixed feelings towards this type of stuff.. like yay i can go back to sch to see all my friends.. and like sigh, have to go back to sch and study and wads more, this yr's the A levels man.. wad could be better to top it all off.. haha.. well but sing or barren and sing and i will indeed.. life is too short to be sad.. you'll just punch yourself later for wasting time like wad im doin now..
its interesting how ones life can change and defer in such a short space of time.. was just looking back at the previous entries and was rather entertained at the emotions that i experienced especially during the results.. hahah.. anyway it was also surprising to find out that this blog is already a yr plus old.. so in blog yrs, its doing quite ok.. hahah..

anyway tmr's start of sch.. gonna start studying especially for my math which im totally hopeless in.. like totally.. but miracles do happen and am gonna do my best to make sure it happens.. oh theres a match tmr too.. against greenview again.. tink we will definately put in a better fight this time around.. we'll see how it goes.. come down and watch it..(although i dun know wad time it starts) so ya.. to all having their As this yr, make or break man.. lets get it started.. oh man that sounds so KONny*..(tink ive been quite KONnily* influenced lately.. ) hahha..

well decided to blog today becos its now the end of the holiday.. did i mention that it passed to fast? well i dont tink so.. anyway wad can we do.. its interesting how some people say your lives pass by faster the older you get.. i kinda tink that is totally too.. i spent my childhood just lazing around doing nothing but watching ninja turtles and the other cartoons(why did i not see simpons??).. anyway looking at wad i just wrote, i sudden realise how im still in my childhood.. to a certain extent that is.. the very fact that this statement rests upon boils down to this.. you've got too much to do with that amount of time.. in essence, as we age, we get more stuff to do; be it becos we have now the ability to do so; or met the necessary requirements, with still the same 365 days of the year to pack it with.. i have no idea why i just said that.. maybe becos ive got alot on my mind.. well?? perhaps.. but its so true.. this just shows how some sayings are actually true..

didnt really start the day well becos manu lost.. sigh.. well wad to do.. hope arsenal lose too.. that'll do.. anyway yup the week so far has been good.. apart from the 3 hr gp test yesterday which totally drained me.. it was difficult too man.. have been missing choir pract for two sessions already.. feel kinda bad with wad sister annabel said on sunday.. actually wanted to rush for friday's meeting too.. but i cant becos of the match so i'll only be able to go for sat's service.. am really looking forward to it..
have quite alot of hw this week.. am gonna finish all..(i hope) have a make-up math test tmr which i really dun wanna take becos i'll fail anyhow.. but i tink i'll just go la.. havent really sat for one math test proper this year.. haha..

'why is he such a good god then?' one might ask.. in an illustration of the answer, let me first begin by asking a simple question.. would the creator of the world's most powerful and perfect computer love his computer?? and if one day, that computer breaks down, thru its own fault, would he not do everything in his power to fix it and bring it back to perfection?? likewise, he is our creator.. and mankind did degenerate and break down.. but his unfailing and unending love for us outweighed the pain thru which he felt as he saw his son die on that faithful cross.. just felt like speaking my mind today.. :p

well has it been a week man.. had road run yesterday and did totally utterly disappointing.. like wads up with that man.. 110 leh!! might as well walk all the way already lor.. should have really done better.. hai.. the past is the past and i will just have to look at it with disappointment.. well thats that.. knew i let the rest and myself down la..

anyway on a lighter note, i really had a good day today.. I did not get scolded once!! haha.. wads more i had history man.. so yes, am rather delighted with myself.. haha.. had math and stuff and all that and that.. tiring but wad can you do? its my job rite? haha.. have decided to buck up big time man.. have realised that ive been slacking way too much this past few weeks.. will start studying and doin my hw.. haha..

went down to comfort driving centre today to book a test date for my basic theory.. so am very happy that i finally booked it after waiting so long.. its gonna be on the 7th of march.. Feb is all full so ya.. nothing i can do ya? just gonna buy the book and start studying soon.. haha.. wish me all the best..

well its been ok la.. just came home today aft the match which wasnt as good as wad we expected.. we knew that it would be a great fight to even win but the score line was really way off.. i personally feel responsible for some of the goals.. and i could have played better.. wad was wrong with me man?? made mistakes and thank-fully none led to a goal.. which one nearly did.. i feel the game was perhaps lost in midfield where we were just overpowered.. we need big kai i guess.. the real big anchor.. well am gonna get over this and i really do hope i change and learn.. which i must actually.. haha.. well to all the soccer guys reading this, we can achieve more than that result and lets continue working for it.. i believe that we can do something more than wad we did today.. thats for that and im not gonna ponder over it already..

well life on a lighter note.. sch has been great so far with the orientation and stuff.. the ogms being the best in the whole cohort.. haha.. no biasness btw.. really enjoyed the bbq too.. which i must say turned out pretty well.. so a big thanks to all the ogls and ogms that made sirius into wad it is as we know it.. you guys are the best.. just have to get out of the orientation phase and start studying man.. haha.. have been really slacking and rotting.. haha.. so lets see wad i can do..

well i hope the rest of you guys in tpjc are doing great too.. study hard and shine man.. i truthfully think that all the guys and gals i know are capable of excelling in wadever they do.. honest! so this is how im gonna end.. im gonna try to update this more often now so that it wont be so empty.. haha..

well i havent been really updating it really regularly so here it is.. at last.. haha.. well have really been caught up with alot of stuff which i have forgotten.. like soccer, church and the celebrations and stuff..Well i gotta to say that this christmas was more fun dan normal.. haha.. usual i would slack at home and watch tv and gain weight(like real) but this yr was diff.. went out quite alot until i have become bored with alot of places.. this is bound to happen considering the massive size of our little island..(thank god we are shielded from all this destruction by sumatra.) well, am glad too becos i have finally bought stuff which i have always wanted. for eg, my own big sports sling bag, a pair of sunglasses and shirts and stuff.. really been blessed by all those around me.. just wanna give a big big THANKS! haha.. so life has been good and am looking forward to better.. sch's gonna start soon so..... ya... nothing to say abt that bit.. dun wanna say anything too.. the thought of a yr of total mugging and studying doesnt really sit well with the mindset i have now.. well, my mind must be renewed.. and i will study!! yes i will.. i must actually.. anyway this should be the last posting for this yr so i wanna wish all you guys, a HAPPY NEW YEAR!! take care and continue to shine wherever you are.. whenever you're down, just keep your head up and know that wadever that you're going thru is for the better.. why? becos you have learnt from that experience and the likelihood of that happening again is lower becos of that.. so yes.. all the best in your endeavours..

well im back from the holiday in Israel. I must add how it has been such an eye opener. I feel that i no longer read the bible the same. With that experience, you realise how true the bible indeed is. Especially how Jesus suffered so much when he could have chosen otherwise. Many of these biblical sites have been destroyed but there remain some in relatively Jesus-era conditions. The lord is so real! Went to the sea of Galilee, then to Nazerath, Mount Nebo in Jordan where Moses saw the promised land, then to Jerusalem and alot more. The trip was fantastic. That i must add. Met two of my sec sch friends too so was really surprised. Well the trip was a great time of fellowship with my friends and even more for myself. I gained so much from the trip. Just hope those of you Christians can at lest get to go once in your life. IT will change it. haha..

Well just got back day before yesterday and am still suffering from jet-lag and stuff. i feel so different now.. haha.. well that is wad you always get when you get back from a holiday. still got a few weeks to the start of sch and stuff. am rushing with my work man.. till the start of today i hadnt finished anything. did i little today with the country wife. well this is about how much i can write. too much to put in one entry. haha. so wont try.

well its been a good week this week.. practically went out on almost everyday till ive forgotten wad i did during the beginning of the week.. well i sort of remember la.. haha.. went to seng siong to buy stuff for the chalet and then went for bible study on tues and had a match on wed.. had a chalet yesterday and just came back from the barber.. amazing my life.. to the extent that my mom wonders when i'll actually stay home and do work.. well to an extent, me too.. hahah..the highlight of this week was the game against T2mustang.. felt that the team played better than against rjc.. felt i played better too.. hahaha.. well many have attributed this improvement in performance to someone and my take on it is that of, a neutral stance, or 'i dunno', or a simple shrug of the shoulder.. hahah..(this is a inside joke to those who're wondering wad im talking abt.) hahah.. life has been great.. God has been there for me whenever i needed him.. really thank him for all that he's done in my life..kinda think that i wouldnt be who i am without him..really hope that someone will get to know him more too..

well, someone has really been wonderful in my life.. thank you.

anyway am off now.. going to nordin's house to have a mini soccer gathering.. should be a enjoyable time with all the guys.. haha.. so enjoy the holidays ppl.. take care!

oh man.. cant forget yesterday.. went shopping at bugis and suntec and totally fell for the new big adiddas concept.. the store's so big man! haha.. and theres so much of them goodies inside that i really wanted to buy yet i knew i couldnt becos i have sent 300 dollars in two weeks.. (dun ask me how cos i dunno how) was like,'wad in the world!', when i saw the account balance.. haha am gonna die if parents find out.. which im gonna do my best to prevent.. first and foremost, im gonna claim back all the money which i used from my own pocket money for non-pocket money expenses.. i just hope that is enough cos ive got no more alternatives.. oh ya! went to nike by b.i.r.d too and the stuff there's cool too.. really nice pullover.. for someone.. there are like so many things that i wanna get but do not have neither the time nor the resources to acquire them.. hai.. next month then..

havent started on a single bit of my holiday assignments! and ive got so MUCH!! i tink.. i do rite? er... yes i tink i do.. well ya so the point is that i have to break away from tradition and actually do my holiday assignment during the .... holidays.. yes.. for the past few yrs that i can remember, i only started and completed my hw in the first week of sch or sometimes the second.. (if that is possible la) so i guess this yr will have to be different.. someone will be giving me math tuition starting next week.. so hopefully i can improve in that area..(hopefully)

todays sat and its a big day.. carnival by the indoor stadium and stuff.. its gonna be fun.. yup have really been busy with all the prep for it and stuff but its all worth it becos its for the right cause.. its for the only right cause as a matter of fact.. next week will also be quite busy too.. an assortment of other things that have been planned not by me but for me already.. so ya.. (have no idea why i said that previous sentence but ya.....)

as you can see, im kinda free(not bored) now to have written such a long entry.. and all of you have to thank me..(and everyone goes 'thank you matthew') but its my pleasure.. really.. hahaha..

ok im off now.. vacuum the floor.. using my superior speed and effeciency, i shall do the upstairs in 7 mins.. my room will take 5 and the rest of the rooms 2..hahaha...(obviously ive gotta do my room properly rite?) so ok.. cheers to all..have fun during the holidays and stuff..

haha so sorry for the long long delay.. been caught up with alot of stuff ranging from stuff to stuff.. haha.. well did ok for my exams la.. B, E, E, B3.. ya.. No really nice to look at if you ask me.. well just thank god for wadever i have cos i dun think i would have been able to get wad i got..
well these few weeks have been ok.. Pw and stuff.. my final presentation will be on tuesday so i really look forward.. to its end.. haha.. hope that everything works out well on that day.. that i dun crap too much.. hahah.. (which is somethings not difficult) well just gonna do my best and see how it goes la..
apart from sch and soccer, nothing really much as happened over these few weeks la.. as far as you guys are to know.. hahahaha.. jokin..

got a pw meeting with ah ben tmr at starbucks.. so think that would be my final chance to prepare.. ive only rehearsed by speech like twice only lor.. haha.. better settle it asap.. haha.. and extremely relieved that its the start of the month again.. finally have got money! haha..

its quite shocking how christopher reeves is dead.. aged 52 only.. well life is like that.. (sets ya tinking about the stuff that can happen to you)

well am now right in the middle of me exams.. econs today which was.....arh... lets not talk abt it.. still have pc tmr.. which i have no idea how to study for.. well dad just got another computer becos he said i was hogging this one.. well i was, and maybe am.. but hey i need to study right?
exams will end this friday so aft that im gonna strip and run around sch and do stuff that i cant actually say on the internet in fear of implications.. (if you're wondering, i'll be stripping down to my pe attire) some common sense pls.. thanks.. haha..

well really cant wait for the exams to be over.. play and play and play, and maybe eat and sleep.. haha.. hopefully, my results will be ok too so i can perhaps enjoy myself.. must catch up on my math man.. i musnt be so lazy at it..

exams.. how much we like them.. a part of our everyday life in s'pore.. wad can we do but study for them rite?

well mines in about a week's time.. am SO not prepared at all!! well i'll just have to start first i guess.. haha

yup today was ok.. reached home and den went to visit grandma whose in hospital beocs of fever.. tink its quite bad to get yourself into hospital ya? went for buffet dinner aft that at a hotel.. price was extremely reasonable.. you guys must try.. its at quality hotel.. near ttsh.. haha.. yum yum..

yup everything's been great so far... other than the fact that im not prepared.. which hopefully will change over the next couple of days.. haha..

ok shall return back to my notes and stuff.. to all stuck in their preparations for promos, do take care and have enough rest as you mug.. this is the worst time to be sick. so be smart when you study! take care guys!!

hey.. sorry about the other post.. tink it couldnt load or something so yup, there it is below this.. this week has been great so far.. haha..

spent most of last week slacking and stuff.. very little work was done so yup, went out quite abit , too much i tink.. the highlight for me was how i found out of my history test on thursday when the test was the next day.. so ya.... hahah.. but i just went in to see what i could do.. (very little) yup and am in the midst of confirming our performance on the 19th and 29th of oct in shss.. closing ceremony.. think our promos should be over by then la..

am happy..

yup so off now to do my gp essay.. still got friends later so that is a must to watch!!

well wad can i say.. last week was great to say the lest.. met up with so many of my sec sch friends who i had temporarily lost contact with.. haha.. the gathering at sch was good.. played soccer and than later visited halimah at her school and had loads of fun la.. haha.. Still bump into them even up till now.. haha.. anyway the bbq was good.. Food (except the rice) was great man! haha thanks to all who made it possible.. GIrls as usual talked or more accurately put, gossiped.. haha.. not surprising la..

Well have been going back to sch this past two days except today when my mum brought me out for lunch at jack's place.. Not bad la.. Medium is how i like my beef to be.. haha.. last time nicer.. Still nicer than pete's grill at blk 85 la.. haha obviously, look at the price.. but pete's grill mixed grill is still as nice as the first time i ate like super long ago.. you've gotta try if you havent..

Last night was interesting to say the lest.. haha.. Didnt know everything would pan out like it did.. haha.. Just gonna hope for the best to come out of it, yet not putting too much thought into it.. gonna trust god! he knows wad i want. wadever happens, i'll be happy.. :)

this week has been great.. Caught up with so many of my sec sch classmates and stuff.. acutally i still meet them around tamp and in church but its that more special when you meet them at the place where everything first began.. Had the bbq too which was good.. Talked about sch life and all that.. the usual.. haha.. with all of them how to not talk rite? haha.. its also good to know that there are others who are as stressed or worked out (yet not doin anything to help it) as me.. Shall start.. try to start..

Went back to sch for the last two days except today when my mother treated me to jack's place.. Beef is nice.. Medium done is how i like it.. haha.. Have another lunch date with her on friday where she's like gonna bring me to this nice jap restaurant.. haha.. (mouth watering) her friend opened it so we have a big discount when we go.. cant wait man!!

Anyway last night was interesting to say the lest.. haha.. Not hoping too much tho.. will let god direct everything tho.. (pls help!) haha..

yup today has been busy.. went down to sister wenhui's cg to play for them.. haha.. first time i played 'let the heavens' in F man.. no joke boy.. well got thru it with quite alot of pain to my fingers as well.. week has been good.. zaw treated soccer guys to pizza hut.. wonderfully tasty.. haha.. bought a new shoe!!! something that i have wanted to do for quite a time now.. so decided to buy it when i had the resources.. straight aft econs fac test, went down tamp central to buy the thing and played street soccer with tpjc soccer guys aft that.. great fun.. haha.. totally dominated the place..

anyways other dan usual school work with some soccer here and there, life has been rather laid back.. kinda hooked on that old song by the calling called our lives.(check that out) haha heard it on Su lyn's ipod and like, 'here i rememeber this'.. hahah..

went down for sun's concert thing too.. understood one of her songs k!! because........ it was in english.. haha.. ya it was good chilling out la.. although someone kept complaining.. haha.. (this is to that person, haha just joking la) wanted to see whether sumin was there.. tink she would probably be like at the front row or something.. hahah.. likewise for chee boon.. *no disrespect in any way. (this is needed when you've got internet savy teachers) haha..

PROMOS in 5 weeks!!!! uhhhhhhhhh.. was contemplating how in the world im gonna study with such a wonderful timetable, *in a sarcastic tone. yes so have decided to leave that to later.. haha.. anyway teachers day celebration is this tues!! wonder whether we're gonna visit mdm halimah.. wonder hows she.. hmmm.
